ABA and SNAC International Make Salary and Benefits Survey Available for Purchase

WASHINGTON — The American Bakers Association and SNAC International have released their 2021 salary and benefits survey and made it available for purchase. The data covers company profile information, compensation practices, benefits, and compensation information for 34 positions from 36 food manufacturers and suppliers in the United States and Canada.

The survey features data collected from all segments of the bakery and snacks industry, including bread and rolls, potato and tortilla chips, cakes and pies, cookies and crackers, sweets and tortillas. Information is also provided on corporate, divisional and plant management positions with salaries broken down by region and plant size.

The data was submitted and analyzed by the Compdata Survey Practice on salary.com.
