- Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips.
- Place in circles on cookie sheets and bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
