Crumbl Cookies Comes to Central Pennsylvania with Over 170 Cookie Flavors

A national cookie chain seems to be coming to Cumberland County.

Crumbled cookies signed a lease for Silver Spring Square at 6416 Carlisle Pike in the Township of Silver Spring, according to Bennett Williams Commercial Real Estate.

A company spokeswoman said the store was in the early stages of development. An opening date has not been announced.

Crumbl Cookies dates back to 2017 when the first store opened in Logan, Utah. It has since expanded to more than 370 locations in 40 states, all selling oversized cookies in dozens of flavors. Crumbl is also known for its distinct pink packaging and viral TikTok videos.

The company advertises itself as selling the “World’s Best Chocolate Chip Cookie” and offers a rotating selection of four to five specialty cookies each week. Specialties include a strawberry shortcake with homemade strawberry jam, a mallow sandwich with an Oreo-like cream filling, and a cinnamon fry bun topped with melted butter and cinnamon buttercream.

“Typically, cookies only come out on the schedule once or twice a year, because that’s how many flavors we have,” COO of Crumbl Sawyer Hemsley told Mashed this month. “We have about 170 flavors and counting.”

Cookies are made daily in the shop’s open kitchens and are available for takeout, local delivery and shipping. The closest stores are located in Reading, Philadelphia and the Baltimore-Washington area.
