This easy caramel cookie recipe only has four ingredients and is super moist and full of caramel flavor. Be sure not to overbake the cookies – you want them super soft and chewy.

Here’s how to do it:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended.
- Roll into about 24 balls (about 2 tablespoons each). Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for about 8-11 minutes or until just set (do not let them brown around the edges).
- Remove and let cool about 5 minutes on baking sheets before removing to cool completely.
